Komplette Verpflegung an drei Tagen
In Deinem Ticket enthalten sind der Eintritt für 3 Tage WordCamp mit allen Sessions, Workshops und Freizeitaktivitäten. Ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen ist die komplette Verpflegung in Buffet-Form vom 30. April 2020 morgens bis zum 3. Mai 2020 nachmittags (3x Frühstück, 3x Mittagessen, 2x Abendessen).

WordCamp Ticket gekoppelt mit Hotelzimmer
Die Exklusivbuchung des Hotels und das Fördern eines gemeinsamen Gruppengefühls haben uns dazu veranlasst, die Übernachtungen in unserem Partner-Hotel an den Ticket-Kauf zu koppeln. Zusammen mit Deinem Ticket buchst Du drei Übernachtungen vom 30. April 2020 (abends) bis zum 3. Mai 2020 (mittags) im Zimmer Deiner Wahl gleich mit.
Die Exklusiv-Buchung des Hotels und die im Ticket enthaltene Verpflegung führen dazu, dass jeder Hotelgast ein reguläres WordCamp Ticket während seines Aufenthalts benötigt. Dies schließt mitreisende Partner und Kinder ab 6 Jahren, mit ein.
Das Ticket kostet 60€ für das gesamte Wochenende zzgl. dem unten genannten Zimmerpreis.
Dein Zimmer bezahlst Du dann direkt vor Ort an das Hotel.
Barzahlung, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Girocard.
Bei Nicht-Erscheinen (No-Show) wird der Preis des Hotelzimmers fällig, die Rechnung geht an die buchende Person. Eine Stornierung ist bis zum 01. März 2020 möglich und muss per Mail an das Orga-Team erfolgen, das WordCamp Ticket kann nicht erstattet werden und verfällt mit der Stornierung.

Finanzielle Unterstützung
Sollte Dir die Teilnahme an unserem WordCamp Retreat aus finanziellen Gründen nicht möglich sein, kontaktiere bitte das Orga-Team, damit wir gemeinsam eine Lösung finden können.
Bildrechte
Mit dem Ticket kauf erklärst du dein Einverständnis zur Erstellung von Bildaufnahmen deiner Personen im Rahmen des WordCamp Retreat Soltau 2020 sowie zur Verwendung und Veröffentlichung solcher Bildnisse zum Zwecke der öffentlichen Berichterstattung über das WordCamp.
Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 220 begrenzt, also trage Dich unbedingt für den Newsletter ein um nicht den Start des Ticket-Verkaufs zu verpassen.
Anmerkungen zur Buchung im Doppelzimmer:
- Doppelzimmer sind aus organisatorischen Gründen zwingend doppelt zu belegen; für das zweite Ticket erhätst Du einen Gutschein. Damit muss dann das Ticket via Gutschein gekauft werden.
- Bei einer Buchung im Doppelzimmer bekommst Du für die zweite Person per eMail einen Gutschein, damit diese sich auch in der Teilnehmerliste registrieren kann. Diese Registrierung ist für unsere Planung zwingend erforderlich.
- Der Check-In im Hotel muss gemeinsam erfolgen und es gibt nur eine gemeinsame Rechnung für das Zimmer.
- Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein Zustellbett für ein Kind in die Doppelzimmer dazuzubuchen (15€ // Nacht). Dieses Kontingent ist auf 5 begrenzt. Kontaktiere hierzu bitte das Orga-Team im Vorfeld.

WordCamp, leisure activities, catering and accommodation – all at the same location in the heart of the picturesque Lueneburg Heath, Northern Germany.
Catering included in your ticket during the whole event
Your ticket will give you access to all the sessions, workshops and activities during the three days of the WordCamp.
Furthermore, the ticket includes all the meals (buffet) from April 30th, 2020 in the morning until May 3th, 2020 in the afternoon (3x breakfast, 3x lunch, 2x dinner).
Get your ticket and we will take care of the rest.
We arranged an exclusive booking for the whole hotel area at Hotel Park Soltau.
WordCamp ticket and hotel room combined
This exclusive hotel deal, and our goal of further developing the community feeling throughout this retreat, made us decide to connect the purchase of your ticket to the mandatory booking of a room in our partner hotel: once you buy your WordCamp ticket you will book a hotel room of your choice for the three nights of April 30th (evening) to May 3th, 2020 (afternoon).
Due to the exclusive nature of the hotel booking with the ticket price and catering for three days included, every hotel guest needs a regular WordCamp ticket during his stay. This includes partners and children from 6 years of age.
The ticket costs 60€ for the whole weekend additional to the below called room prizes.
You will pay the invoice for your room on site directly to the hotel. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Girocard.
In the event of a no-show, you are obligated to pay for the hotel room. The invoice goes to the person who booked the all-in ticket. You can cancel your reservation until March 1st, 2020. To cancel, please send an e-mail to the organization team. The WordCamp ticket cannot be reimbursed and will expire with your cancellation.

If you have any problem to attend our WordCamp due to financial reasons, please contact the organizer team and we will try to find a solution together.
Usage rights
With buying the ticket, you agree that photos of you may be taken during the event and allow the organization to use these images for publications about the WordCamp.
The maximum number of tickets will be limited to 220 attendees, so don’t miss the start of the ticket sale and subscribe to our newsletter.
Notes to the booking of double rooms:
- For organizational reasons, double rooms must be occupied by two persons; for the second ticket you will receive a coupon. With that coupon you have to buy a ticket via coupon code.
- After the ticket and room booking process, a coupon code will be created for the second person in the room. The ticket registration for the second person is mandatory.
- The check-in must be done together by two persons sharing one room. There will be only a common hotel invoice for the room.
- It is possible to book an additional bed for one child in a double room (15 € // night). This contingent is limited to five in total. Please contact the organizer team for further information.
- The catering for children under 6 is free of charge. An additional fee for children between 6 and 12 years is charged to the parent’s room. Please contact the organizer team for further information.
